Return and exchange
Fill out our return form. You will receive a shipping label that can be used for the return. On returns that are not exchangeable, NOK 49 is deducted from the refund amount. This of course only applies if you use our return solution / label and there is no deduction if you send back at your own expense.
1. Log in to your account or create an account with the same email with which you ordered the order, press "create account" on the login page.
2. Select the order on your page.
3.Fill in the open fields in the form, then click "submit" at the bottom of the page.
4. You do not have toselect which products are returned.
Return guide
After the return form is filled out, you will receive an email with a return label or instructions on how to make it, as well. possibility to order collection from the mailbox.
The return label can be printed, Norway Post has also started to have shipping label printers at many post offices so that it is possible to print from the post offices.
